All content, features, and functionality in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Baby Generator: Future AI Face or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is intended for entertainment purposes only. The visual representations generated by the App are estimates created using artificial intelligence and do not guarantee any specific outcome regarding your future child. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Baby Generator: Future AI Face, its affiliates, or their licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; or (iv) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
